I’ve been in the Escort Industry for about 15 years. In this time I’ve had the privilege and honor to observe many aspects of the human condition. People can in a philosophical way be converted to a mathematical formula.

You know, A2 + B2 =C2… if you already know A and C you can solve what B must be and so on. In a sense it’s really not rocket science if you pay attention.

The other day I was talking to someone who doesn’t work for me and she was asking how am I able to tell the winners from the losers with such accuracy.

“Well it’s simple,” I said. “The women who will be winners I can tell in the first 3 mins of the interview. You see winners all have specific traits in common just as losers have theirs.”

From my observations which many may or may not share,
this business often attracts people with the least of amount of character, marketable skills and impulse control. For the sake of argument lets only take the lowest common denominator and ask where can someone with no education, talent or marketable skills make well over $160.00 an hour? This is NOT to say there are no smart, educated people with good souls in this business, there are. I hire them!

However, from what I’ve seen, those whom I’ve met I suspect the latter is the minority. Think of them as the cream at the top of the farmers milk jug. By the way if you’re complexing over what I just said, then maybe you need to look within on a few issues. Grasp this concept, if it doesn’t apply to you then there isn’t an issue now is there?

I get about 25 to 30 applications a month of that maybe 5 will be asked to call me. Of those five, four will be invited to interview. Usually in the first three minutes I can tell the achievers just by what they focus on. Winners immediately grasp the concept this is a job interview and treat is as such. They don’t drive around looking for some place where we can have a “beer and talk”. Winners don’t major in minor things. They don’t give me ten million excuses why they can’t, haven’t or why they are a victim of circumstance. Winners don’t announce themselves with “oh god let me tell you what happened to me” in an attempt illicit or relate to me via sympathy. I have observed the winners do more listening that talking, I can’t tell you how many times I just wanted to stick something in their mouths just to shut them up. The women who succeed with me focus on what “I can do” to get to my goal. The losers focus on how hard it is to get there and what an inconvenience the journey will be.

One would think very beautiful women would be great agency girls, the truth is most of them fail with me. The problem with “beautiful” is many appear to have a skewed sense of reality, a warped sense of ego. I have encountered quite often a number with a sub-conscious sense of entitlement thus expecting everything to be just handed to them. “I’m beautiful you all should just worship me, after all I’m the princess the rules don’t apply to me.“ Sorry, doesn’t work that way. In my operation there is only two ways to do things “the right way” and “my way” and they are one in the same.

Women who are “humble”, attractive or plain have a better chance at doing well in my operation.

Why ?

Easy, their more willing to “Master the basics” and not get hung up in the drama of their lives. They don’t have drug or alcohol problems, which I wont tolerate anyway. Public notice… If you’re into drugs, have a drinking problem stay away from us, far away. This is not the place for you and I wont enable your problem.

Yet with all of that, I still witness many women fail simply because “they are incapable” of living up to their commitments to me, themselves and subsequently fail to follow through in life.

I surround myself with women who are winners. Which is why “we” are a success. For many this business is a calling, something they’ve always been drawn to ever since they can remember. I love my women and together we form more than just Dreams Escort Service, we are the something larger than ourselves.
